With over 15 years of experience in Outdoor Training and Experiential Education, Sandi Taruni specializes in designing and facilitating transformative learning experiences for corporate teams, management trainees, and students.

As the Director of Jelajah Outdoor, guided by three core pillars—Safety, Quality, and Sustainability—she leads the development of experiential education programs that prioritize learning quality, safety, and meaningful impact for participants.

Her primary focus is on leadership development, team effectiveness, and behavioral transformation through immersive, real-world outdoor programs. By combining strong field experience with structured learning frameworks, Sandi helps organizations build more cohesive and resilient teams, while also creating safe and meaningful outdoor learning spaces for students.

She is known for her ability to translate outdoor activities into relevant and actionable insights, bringing a unique combination of risk awareness, facilitation expertise, and strategic thinking into every program she delivers.

In addition, she actively engages in advocacy, consultancy, and training in Safety and Risk Management for outdoor and adventure activities in Indonesia, aiming to promote higher safety standards and more responsible practices across the industry.
