Sandi Taruni
Director
A seasoned outdoor educator and leadership facilitator, Sandi founded Jelajah Outdoor in 2013 to advance the practice of experiential education in Indonesia. With a background in youth development, adventure facilitation, and sustainable tourism, Sandi guides the organization’s strategic direction and builds partnerships to grow meaningful impact.

Wigoto Prihadi
Program Director
Wigoto specializes in designing learning experiences that connect people to nature and each other. He leads the development of outdoor curriculum, risk management systems, and field operations to ensure safety, relevance, and transformative value in every program.

Ade Oktarini
Head of Finance
Ade ensures our operations run smoothly behind the scenes. With a background in finance and organizational management, she manages program logistics, budgeting, and internal coordination.

Winggit Wiguno - Safety & Quality Assurance
Winggit Wiguno is responsible for ensuring that every Jelajah Outdoor program meets the highest standards of safety, risk management, and experiential quality. With expertise in outdoor safety systems, facilitator readiness, and program evaluation, He leads the development of protocols, training, and quality control processes.

Soel Winarno
Training Associates
Soel brings deep expertise in outdoor leadership, facilitation, and adventure-based learning. He oversees talent development and ensures our facilitators are trained in best practices in safety, education, and inclusive facilitation.
